About Ceri:

I’m Ceri. I’m from a small coastal town in Wales and I work in a bakery. When I’m not working I spend most of my time with my friends, at karaoke nights, or getting lost in a nature reserve.

I used to always have a love hate relationship with my body. These days it’s just love, but definitely growing up I would compare myself to others and towards society’s standards. My body is always changing and will continue to change. I have learned that loving yourself is the greatest revolution.

How has your Goodgirl experience been?

I went to the ‘good girls & pearls’ event in Chester by myself. Everyone that I met that day was incredible! I left with new friends and connections. Since then I have attended more events and will continue in the future. The goodgirl events are my safe space.

What's your one piece of advice for someone wanting to attend a Goodgirl event?

​

My advice to newbies is to just say yes! Say yes to your journey of self love and do something for YOU! If you’re nervous to be infront of the camera, Georgia will guide you on exactly what to do to! She has worked with so many different bodies and will always make sure you look your best
